V tomto formuláři si můžete zažádat o spolubydlícího opačného pohlaví, jelikož ISKAM neumožňuje tento výběr. V případě, že si tuto žádost vyplníte, budeme se Vám snažit společné ubytování přidělit ve vyhrazených kapacitách, ale nemůžeme garantovat požadovanou kolej. Tuto žádost musí vyplnit oba partneři a odeslat ve stejném termínu jako žádost o ubytování v Iskamu.
Níže můžete také vyplnit, zda chcete buňku sdílet s konkrétními studenty (jiný pár, přátelé, atd.)

In this form you can apply for couple accommodation (he+she), because ISKAM does not allow you to choose roommate of the opposite sex. In case you fill this form, we will try to allocate you shared accommodation in reserved capacities, but we cannot guarantee requested dormitory. This form must be filled out by both partners and has to be sent at the same time as accommodation request in ISKAM.
You can also fill in below, if you want to share the unit with specific students (another couple, friends of yours, etc.)
