To have a business / exhibit profile on our convention website, you must complete this form.  It also enables us to give everybody who works at your booth an exhibitor badge.

Once approved, we invoice you so you can pay online.  The company and individuals each receive a profile for attendees to review on our site, growing interest in your offerings.  Your contribution as a sponsorship will also be noted on our site.

Each of your associates once logged-in will find your custom URL to promote.  The URL provides each new attendee $5 off the total cost of their first online purchase.
