Single Day Sessions.
Utilizing the SPORT Prevention Plus Wellness program, we will journey into the world of wellness where we will cultivate healthy habits, create goals for ourselves, make our own easy and delicious snack, and finish it off with a stroll through a nearby forest! Participants will be given a few tools to start their own Wellness Toolkit! This is remote/on computers @ Community Center and in-person.
**Note to parents: This program specifically addresses the prevention of alcohol and drugs**
