Thank you for your interest in the Putnam County Agricultural Fair, an awarding winning fair that garners many visitors each year. If you are a non-concession vendor, please fill out the form below for booth space inside the North Grandstands or a booth space on the grounds outside.

*After you fill out this form, expect a response back mid-spring 2024 with more contract and payment information.

The 2024 dates for the fair are August 1-10.

Booths can be manned or unmanned. The PCAF is not responsible for vendor products or display. The NorthGrandstand is locked when the building is not open to the public.

Outside vendors can look at Midway and main arena activities and man their booth during high traffic times.
