2022-2023 LitMap Community Partner Literacy Program Information 
The Oakland Literacy Coalition uses this form to collect information about literacy programs run by nonprofit or community organizations at Oakland public preschools and elementary schools. The information you provide will be included in the Oakland Literacy Coalition's LitMap and Oakland Reads website.

For organizations that run more than one literacy program, please complete the survey a separate time for each program so we can accurately reflect the program information and partner schools. 

A copy of your response will be emailed to you for reference after submitting the form.
