PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP:
1. Only adult HOA members and Associate Members who are current on their dues may host a pool party. The host member MUST be in attendance the entire time the guests are present.
2. This form must be submitted at least seven days in advance of your party. Reservations are not complete until a confirmation email is sent. Please allow for 48 hour response time.
3. You will receive an email confirmation once your pool party is approved. Please bring your email confirmation on the day of your party.
4. A $5 guest fee must be paid for all guests who are non-members and who are more than 1 year old. Payment can be made upon entry by each guest or by the host at the end of the event. The party host is responsible for ensuring payments are complete at the end of their event. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card at the office window.
5. Use the Rancho website's pool party calendar (
https://www.ranchosantateresa.org/parties-rentals) to verify party availability. Only 3 pool parties are allowed on the same day with a maximum of 100 people across all pool parties on that day. A single pool party can have no more than 50 people.
6. You may reserve 2 tables for your party's use (the second page of this form). No more than 2 tables and 6 deck chairs may be used for each party. Members may bring additional tables and chairs from home if needed.
7. The pool opens at 2 PM on Saturdays when there is a home swim meet (May 11th, June 1st & June 15th). Parties cannot start before that time on those dates. No parties are allowed on major holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day).
8. All Pool Rules and Regulations must be followed.
9. NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND ON THE POOL DECK.
10. Member host is responsible for the behavior of all guests.
11. Party set up may begin no earlier than 30 minutes before the pool opens.
12. No jump houses or DJs/supplemental music.
13. No use of the upper deck, ice machine, outdoor sinks, or kitchen without a Lounge/Hall rental.
14. Party space is available on a first signup, first serve basis.
