EIC Self-Preneur Thrive Design Club Survey
Dear potential Thrive Designers and coaches,

Thank you for completing this survey of interest and application to participate in a Thrive Town Design Club program in Summer 2024.

Since each participant will be working with a sub-team to design Thrive Town, the following questions ask you to share your background and interest in one of the project focus areas of Thrive Town development.

For background and details of the design program, see EIC Application deck for CLF.

WHAT IS EIC Thrive Town MISSION & VISION?  Our ambitious MISSION and VISION:

"To empower youth and community members of all ages with opportunities to THRIVE together and universally - doing collaborative projects for personal, professional & community development."

The THREE core aspects of our strategy to achieve this are:

1 - VIRTUAL Web3 platform playgrounds: enables learners of all ages to work with coaches in-person and virtually to manage their own plans, projects, & Thrive Portfolio of emerging personal and professional competencies:
  • THRIVE WORLD PORTAL - virtual world to do collaborative projects for personal & career development; is a "digital double" of a physical Thrive Town so projects can be done both in-person and virtually. Goal is to become the first "Edutainment Metaverse for Universal Thriving".
  • SELF-PRENEUR(TM) Game of Life Mastery - a "Hero's Journey" to self mastery & thriving for life; personal learning plans with projects & activities that build Thrive Portfolio on blockchain; 5 levels of mastery in five playgrounds of development that build 15 competencies and capacities to thrive .
2 - PHYSICAL PLAYGROUNDS: spaces in buildings and outdoors where youth teams can do project-based, collaborative learning with peers and coaches to develop their personal growth plans and goals and build their competencies with specialized, latest technologies, tools, & resources.
  • THRIVE TOWN at Oddie District and elsewhere will include all career and professional pathway projects - serving local youth and coaches as well as rural youth and visitors who come with their school or family. Phase 1 is for 10 to 22 year olds developing personal and professional competencies for their Thrive Portfolios. Phase 2 could include earlier years and adults plus academic competencies.
  • THRIVE LABS and Villages can be smaller, more limited facilities and programs either by age group (e.g. Limitless Village up to 12 years old) and/or by specialized career and employer projects.
3 - THRIVE COLLABORATIVE for METAVERSAL DEVELOPMENT ECOSYSTEM:  youth and adult members work to develop the above through marketing, collaborative dialogues, education, policy advocacy, and finance/funding where all can learn, work, play, create, and thrive together across time and distance doing projects in both physical spaces (Thrive Towns and Labs) and virtual spaces (Thrive World Portal).

Thank you for your interest and application to participate in some capacity with our programs!
Your questions and feedback will help us to continually improve the programs, communications, and ability to collaborate with you and others going forward.

With deep appreciation for your commitment to universal thriving!
