This form can only be used to register events for groups of 30 people or fewer where alcohol will be served.
For groups greater than 30 persons where alcohol will be served the event
must be registered and approved in advance by Heads of House and Graduate Residential Life. See information and registration link here.This form does not reserve a room. When serving alcohol, reservation of a room is MANDATORY for groups of 10 or more and OPTIONAL for groups of less than 10. To reserve a room, view the
event hosting and room reservation policy and the
room reservation form on the Warehouse website.
If your event will have fewer than 10 participants you must print out this e-mail or provide an electronic copy of it to the front desk staff in order to check out an alcohol registration sign.
Upon submission of this form, you will be emailed a copy of your submission.
If your event will have a group greater than 10 but less than 31 30 please wait for an additional approval e-mail from a Warehouse Building RA. You will not be able to check out an alcohol registration sign until your event is approved by a Warehouse Building RA and the same is entered as “approved for alcohol” in the Warehouse calendar. As a reminder, events of this size require 48 hours prior approval submission to a Warehouse Building RA.
The number of alcohol signs available per room is limited. It is recommended that you check with the front desk or the Warehouse calendar to be sure a sign is available for your preferred room. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis; completing this form does not in and of itself guarantee that you will be able to serve alcohol.
