Please note that payments should be received prior to camp. Be sure to note on the check who is being covered so we can properly credit payments for participants. Make checks payable to AGQBA.
$25 per student (1 t-shirt per student included)
and $15 per extra t-shirt (for coaches, parents, additional students, etc).
Each school must provide 1 Coach or adult per 5 students.
You must complete this form for each camp you are attending. (If you are attending more than one camp)
Please note: You will be responsible for all students you register for camp. You may transfer that registration to another student, but if another student can't be found to replace the original registrant, your school will still be charged for that slot.
Minimum registrant threshold: To hold a camp, we need at least 60 participants registered by the registration deadline. If a camp doesn't meet that threshold, it will be cancelled and registered participants will be offered the opportunity to attend another camp. If they are not able to attend, a refund will be issued if payment has already been received.
