If this application leads to acceptance, I understand that false or misleading information in my application or interview may result in my dismissal from the program. Nightingale School of Nursing Arts reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. A deposit of $625.00 is needed to reserve a seat in the scheduled session. This deposit will be applied to the the total cost of the program and is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any services offered.
