Leadership Circle Form 23/24
The Bet Torah Teen Leadership Circle is a new initiative for teens to develop leadership skills and engage in self-led programming.

Leadership Circle leaders are expected to
- act as dugmaot (role models) for their peers, fellow leaders, and members of the congregation
- exhibit Jewish values
- reflect a strong commitment to Jewish identity
- perform mitzvot
- display kindness
- be enrolled or participate in at least 1 Bet Torah TLC program or event outside of their LC position

A circle functions as a cohesive unit and all points on a circle are equal. The Leadership Circle is an open opportunity for any Bet Torah teen looking to lead, be involved, and make change. The Leadership Circle (LC) will meet occasionally on Tuesdays at 7pm based on the needs of upcoming programs, holidays, and events. Please answer the following questions openly and honestly if you would like to join the Leadership Circle this year.
