1. Agreement: By booking a creative visions package with Merlot Vision Productions, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.
• Payments can be made via invoice.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 day prior to the scheduled event date. The deposit will not be refunded but may be applied to a rescheduled date within 30 days, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 1 day before the original event date.

4. Travel and Location:

• Travel within Philadelphia, PA is included. Travel beyond this distance will incur additional charges.
• The client is responsible for any fees associated with the chosen location (rental fees, permits, etc.).

5. Filming:

• The package includes a high-quality cinematic video.
• The client agrees to provide Merlot Vision Productions with a schedule of the event.

6. Delivery:

• The final edited video(s) will be delivered within 2 weeks following the event date.
• Videos will be delivered via digital download.

7. Revisions:

• The basic package includes one round of revisions; the premium package includes up to three rounds of revisions. Additional revisions can be requested for a fee of $35 per round.

8. Usage Rights and Ownership:

• Merlot Vision Productions retains ownership of all raw footage. The client receives full rights to the final edited video(s) for personal use and sharing on social media.
• Merlot Vision Productions reserves the right to use any footage or photographs from the event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Liability:

• Merlot Vision Productions is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property associated with the production of this event.
• In the unlikely event of total video failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Agreement to Terms:

• By booking a creative visions package, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions.
