Small Talk at the Race Track

“Did you hear about The Weasel getting blown away over the weekend?”

“I’m not surprised. He was a terrible gambler. He owed everybody.”

“Yeah, well, he was at some winery, taking a hot air balloon ride and the thing took off without the pilot.”

“Oh, when you said blown away—“

“Then the pilot grabbed the rope, climbed back in and safely flew The Weasel around a lake or something.”

“Sounds like he dodged a bullet.”

“He did. Then he landed, climbed out, and somebody blew his brains out.”

“So he was blown away?”

“I already said that. Don’t you ever listen?”
