Ice Hockey Registration
Online registration, physicals and participation fees must be submitted NO LATER THAN Tuesday, November 23rd. Any registration submitted after the above mentioned date will result in a late start.  
 
Physical forms, dated on or after October 29, 2020 must be dropped off to the Nurses Office of your school NO LATER THAN  Tuesday, November 23rd.  Any physical turned in after the above mentioned dates will result in a late start.  

Newington Students only: Participation fees dropped off to the Athletic Office, Room 120, must turned in NO LATER THAN  Tuesday, November 23rd. Please make sure the name of the registered student athlete is on the check or the envelope when the participation fee is turned in.  Failure to turn the participation fee in to the Athletic Office and/or failure to put the student-athlete's name on the check or envelope when the money is turned in may result in a late start.
