Stay to Play Exemption for Elementary & Middle School National Championships

If you live within 100 miles of Orlando, Florida, you are automatically eligible for an exemption from the Stay to Play policy that requires you to stay at an official hotel to compete. If you are requesting this exemption for any other reason, please mark Other on the final question and describe why you are requesting the exemption. Exemptions for any other reason are not guaranteed and will have to be reviewed for approval. These will be checked once a week.

Please fill out the form below to register that exemption so we do not charge you any additional fees. The form needs to be filled out for each student that will be competing in the National History Bee, National Geography Bee, and the National Science Bee (but only once for each student even if they are participating in all three.)
