As a Moment Maker, you are viewed as a culture carrier in the church. As a result, we ask that you make the following commitments:

1. I will commit to The Church We See by:
- Respecting all people in and outside of the church building as priceless image bearers of God.
- Embodying and reflecting the Values and Statement of Faith of Vive City Chapel.
- Not using social media in a way where Jesus Christ and Vive City Chapel are misrepresented, harmed, or will cause disunity.
- Not engaging with illegal drugs or unlawful practices.
- Refraining from sexual immorality (pornography, adultery, fornication [premarital sex], homosexual acts) or any behavior that might grieve Christ or cause others to stumble.

2. I will commit to The Church We Lead by:
- Serving others sacrificially.
- Helping others take steps closer to Jesus.
- Faithfully attending weekly services at Vive City Chapel.
- Not abusing the influence I am given as a Moment Maker to promote my personal or business interests. I will not use information I receive for personal gain, no matter how sincere the reason.

3. I will commit to The Church We Build by:
- Being planted at Vive City Chapel and serving regularly.
- Being committed to growing in my faith as a disciple of Christ.
- Fighting for unity by practicing healthy conflict resolution from Matthew 18 as issues occur between myself and other members of the church.

4. I will commit to The Church Where You Belong by:
- Being an active Moment Maker.
- Contributing financially to Vive City Chapel with tithes and offerings.
- Connecting, growing, serving, and leading well.
- Submitting myself to church government by serving those in positions of leadership.

We know none of us are perfect, but these are common areas that can impair the influence of Moment Makers and our ability to provide safe, Christ-like service to the Vive City Chapel family. If you begin to struggle at any time during the duration of your time on any team with any of the above listed, or something else you feel convicted about, please reach out to the Team Lead for clarification.
