Thursday Morning Late Start              Student Supervision Request
If your child rides the bus OR if this Thursday, one hour late start, causes your family a hardship, AND you are not registered to use SAE, please complete this form to notify us that your child will need supervision.  
If you're needing Thursday supervision it is presumed you will drop your student off at the normal time you would on a regular day which is 7:35 am - 7:45am
Children can be dropped off no earlier than 7:35am and will enter through the FRONT of the building by the flagpole.  
Attendance will be taken and families contacted if the child doesn't show up.  This is for safety reasons.  If we are expecting your child and they don't come, we will assume we need to locate the child for safety reasons.   If we are unable to contact any adult for the child, we may have to contact Jeffco Security for support. It is so important, for the safety of your child, that you communicate, using this google form, if plans change.
