2021 In-Person  Culinary Summer Youth Registration Form
~Classes~
Listings on this form are designed for students who have completed Grades 4-7 or Grades 7-12. **
Each 3 hour class meets in the Workforce Careers Center on LLCC’s Springfield campus.
Wednesday classes run from 1 – 4 p.m. for Grades 4-7.
Thursday classes run from 1-4 p.m. for Grades 7-12.
Health and safety protocols will be adhered to.  Students must wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.
Class sizes are limited and registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received
**Additional summer Online Youth Culinary CFK offerings are available for students ages 8 and up.

~Fee ~
$59 includes all class supplies and disposable apron.

~Payment~
Registration is NOT complete without receipt of payment.
Once you have submitted this online form, an LLCC representative will contact you to confirm and collect payment via the phone number provided on the form.
Due to ongoing COVID-19 staff limitations, please allow at least 2 business days for the payment collection call.

~Registration and Refund Deadline~  
Registration will conclude and no refunds will be issued after 7 business days prior to each week’s class kit pickup date.
