• Glaze Quiz

Link to Community Pottery Studio Policy/ Waiver (Please download and sign this PDF--or sign a printed copy at SAS.)

Both sections are required to be completed to have access to the pottery space. Once the following information has been reviewed and the signed forms have been received, you will be notified by a pottery studio tech and an access card will be available for you to pick up. All cards will have a date that tells you when you must retake a pottery class or assessment.

Please note that participants must bring their access card with them to every pottery drop-in as staff will be checking for these cards. Participants may be refused access to the studio if they do not bring their card with them.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this application or quiz, please contact Emma Mayer (pottery@semiahmooarts.com).
