JPOL Rule 2.5.1: All clubs are to provide one responsible person to sit at the technical table as a Judge for each of their respective matches in order to make sure the correct results and statistics of each match are recorded.
Judges are an official requirement for each match, therefore the Judge appointed to the match is given preference to enter the venue when there are attendance restrictions (for example due to Covid Policies).

One form should be submitted for each Judge. If you need to make changes - just submit a new form.
Judge contact info will be shared with the JPH Directors and the on-site Technical Officials.
Judges may be contacted in advance of their appointment to remind them of their responsibilities.
