All Souls Outreach Grant Application 2024
All Souls Episcopal Church in Washington, D.C.
All Souls Outreach Grant Application
OUTREACH GRANT INSTRUCTIONS AND APPLICATION
The Vestry of All Souls Parish established an endowment fund decades ago to enable the parish to fulfill its mission more completely. Distributions from the endowment are primarily limited to: (1) capital improvements to the parish; (2) outreach ministries and grants; (3) seed money for new ministries or special one-time Parish ministry projects. This application is the means by which internal projects and external organizations may request funding for “outreach ministries and grants.”
** OUR MISSION **
The mission of All Souls Church is to be a Christ-centered sanctuary where a diverse community worships and serves. We live this mission through faithful celebration of the Eucharist, Christian education, and loving nurture of both members and neighbors.
We have identified a strong sense of priority around opportunities to offer loving care for one another and for those in need, to serve our neighborhood and local community, and to grow the depth of our faith and discipleship.
Grant Cycle and Evaluation Criteria

The grant review committee, at its discretion, may seek clarification or additional information one time prior to eliminating the application from further consideration.
All grant awards will be contingent upon receipt of the receiving organization's IRS Tax Exemption letter under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or evidence of the organization's qualifications under Section 107 (c) (1) of the Internal Revenue Code designating the organization as a non-profit, tax-exempt entity.
All grant awards will also be accompanied by instructions regarding a year-end report which must be submitted before funding will be considered in future grant cycles.
