How many children do you have that will be attending our school in 2024-25 school year? *
How much per grade would you be willing to spend per curriculum field trip? Example, currently at EPE we are charging $45 for ECS students, and $55 for students from grade 1-6.   *
Do you believe it is important for students take swimming lessons (grade 1-3)  at the school and are okay to pay the fee in order for this to continue?  (We currently charge $59.25, however this may change based on what we are charged by the pool)  Please answer the following question ONLY if your son/daughter will be in grade 1-3 in the 2024-25 school year.

Comments regarding swimming as a school program: (charged only to grades 1-3)
Do you believe it is important for students who do not go swimming (grade's 4-6) to have an alternate physical activity to replace swimming and are you willing to pay the $50.00 to pay for these activities (They are currently doing orienteering and rock climbing instead of swimming, however these activities could change based on availability and student interest). Please answer the following question ONLY if your son/daughter will be in grade 4-6 in the 2024-25 school year.

Comments regarding the "Extra Physical Activity Fee (charged only to grade 4-6)
At École Parc, we currently charge families a fee to cover the cost of cultural presentations that are offered at the school ($10 per ECS student, $20 per Gr 1-6 student)  Are you in support of continuing to collect these fees in order to maintain the same amount of presentations that have been offered in the past? (These have paid for events such as guest speakers, dramatic performances, musical performances, cultural performances, or transportation to events such as these offsite) *
At École Parc, we currently charge families to cover the cost of noon hour supervison ($36.75 per ECS student, $73.50 per Gr 1-6 student).  Are you in support of continuing to collect these fees in order to maintain the same level of supervision that has been offered in the past?   *
