DDHS Application Form
Please review program requirements on the DDHS website (blogs.umass.edu/ddhs).

The number of students admitted varies from semester to semester, depending on how many students have completed the required courses already. Generally, 40 students are admitted per academic year. If you are not offered admission to the program this semester, you can reapply next semester.

If admitted, you are required to attend the general meeting each semester. Dates and locations are posted on the DDHS website. If you do not attend either meeting in an academic year without a legitimate excuse, you will lose the privilege of advanced registration in the required courses reserved for DDHS students.
