After reading the Alumni Corps page on AFC.org, please fill in all the information below. This application is designed to be thought provoking, and give an idea of what Alumni Corps is about. All information provided will be respected and held as confidential.

On Alumni Corps, you will need to commit to the following:
- Daily prayer and Mass with the community
- Joyful participation in all service opportunities
- Being an active member of the community
- Being engaged in formation
- Being a good representative of Christ and the Catholic Church by your words and actions
- Abstaining from pursuing a romantic relationship (dating) during your time of service
- Being present at the Apostolate for the entire duration of the summer
