Hello Mary Eyre Students and Families,

Last month, we gave a survey to our fourth and fifth graders in order to see what was going well and what was difficult during this time of social distancing. A strength was that most of our students (81%) reported that they felt highly connected to at least one adult at Mary Eyre. However, a high number of students (67%) reported that they do not feel connected to their friends and classmates. We would like to respond by creating an opportunity for our families to connect with each other, allowing parents to organize and supervise virtual interactions between their children and their classmates over the summer.

The purpose of this form is to collect contact information to be shared in a family directory. Only families who choose to enter their information will have access to this directory. When it is complete, the directory will be sent out to participating families via email. Due to the limitations around technology, we unfortunately must ask that families with more than one student submit a separate form for each student.

 This is completely voluntary. If you and your family choose not to participate, simply don't complete the form.
