BY COMPLETING THE FOLLOW FORM: I GIVE PERMISSION for my child to attend the field trip to Hershey Pennsylvania for a Music In The Parks  Regional Music Competition.  I realize that for my child to attend this event, full payment of $150 per student must be paid on or before Wednesday, April 6, 2020.  I understand that in order to go on this trip my child must have met the minimum rehearsal requirements as previously established by the director.  I understand and agree that my child must follow all school rules while attending this event.
