CIC - Parent School Survey
Community Investment Corporation, a local Arizona nonprofit, is working to create a tool for families to learn more about all Arizona schools. Our first step in the process is to learn from you. This particular survey is intended for parents or guardians of children currently enrolled in Preschool - 12th grade.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with valuable information so that we can make school information more accessible to our Tucson community.
