Please complete this Google Form if your child/ren are going to attend Pakuranga College during Alert Level 3.
Please note the following:
* All students must report to the school Library at 8.45 am.
* All students MUST wear a mask for the duration of the day.
* Students must have their food and drink for the day.
* Students will complete work set by their subject teachers - staff in attendance will supervise your child's work
* School will finish at 3pm

If you complete this form and your child is not attending on a particular day, please email kmy@pakuranga.school by 9.00 am to advise. If you do not let us know, please expect a call to confirm that your child is not attending.
