Each Big Ass Mentorship session will be an hour-long and led by a member of team TUSHY. This program does not guarantee employment by TUSHY. Feel free to pick our brains about start-up life and your field of interest. Here are a few rules to follow while in your Zoom sessions:

This is a Judgement Free zone to share your thoughts and ask questions. They are no stupid questions but we might give some very stupid answers.

This program is specifically for BIPOC
If you do not identify as BIPOC, please be patient, as we will be opening this program up to more groups in the future.

Do Not Share Your Zoom Links
Please do not share your zoom links or passwords with anyone. These are closed sessions exclusive to BIPOC who register.

We Will Be Recording
We want to learn how to make this better the more we do it, so we will be recording. Don't worry, this is just for internal use.
