FIAT/IFTA is reaching out to its existing Members to ask permission to list them publicly on the website alongside the Member’s logo, email address and hyperlinks to their website.

Membership Listing

The Member authorises FIAT/IFTA to reproduce and use, as a reference in the framework of communication/promotion activities around FIAT/IFTA, its legal name, logo and/or trademark.

on the following media: website, mobile application, social media pages and more generally any paper and/or electronic communication media, in particular newsletters, published by FIAT/IFTA, its Members and/or its partners
on the territory of the whole world,
for the entire duration of the Member’s accession to FIAT/IFTA.

FIAT/IFTA shall refrain from registering as a trademark or in any other capacity (domain name, legal name, etc.) any sign containing in whole or in part the trade name, logo and/or mark of the Member.

In the event of the Member’s withdrawal, FIAT/IFTA undertakes to remove from its media any reference to the Member’s legal name, logo and/or trademark within six (6) months of notification of the withdrawal by the Member to FIAT/IFTA.
