Please complete the form in its entirety to receive assistance.  In order to qualify for assistance, you must be currently enrolled at an accredited or recognized university in Alabama or currently live in the State of Alabama.   In an effort to accommodate as many brothers as possible, please indicate the accurate amount that you need for assistance. Funds will be available until donations are depleted. If you are awarded assistance, please submit all receipts to pbsstatesecretaryal@gmail.com within 48 hours of payment.  once you are awarded assistance, you are ineligible for assistance for 90 days.
