Students must change in the change rooms and wear appropriate workout attire (t-shirt/shorts/tights/running shoes).
No food or drink allowed - water only.
No uncontrolled behaviour.
Always be aware of others using the space around you.
Only use weights that you can handle, and make sure you use a spotter.
Put all equipment away where it belongs - including matching coloured weight plates to their stations.
Only school appropriate music can be played on the speakers.
Wipe down all equipment with a green cloth and disinfectant when you are finished.
Report any broken or damaged equipment to a staff member.
