Authors, please submit this form to request a payout of royalties less than the $5 minimum threshold. Payouts occur on the 15th of each month for the previous month's sales. For example, February sales will be paid on March 15th. Request for payout MUST be submitted by the 10th of each month for payment to be sent (i.e. requests for February sales must be submitted by March 10th to be paid out on March 15th).
