Please use this form to order signed paperback books from Madeline Vaughn as there will only be a limited supply at events.

Once the form is filled out, an invoice will be sent via PayPal or Venmo. Books will not be ordered until the invoice is paid in full. Books will be autographed and ready for pick up at the event.

*No refunds will be issued if you fail to pick up your book without prior notice or other arrangements have been made.
