Yappers and toe tappers alike, please complete a volunteer application form if you want to participate as a volunteer at CWWT 2024.

VOLUNTEER EXCHANGE 
Event volunteers are asked to complete 2 x 5 hour shifts in exchange for their Volunteer Ticket to the festival. Set-up and pack-down participant exchange may vary and will be confirmed if you are a successful applicant, but is generally 2-3 x 8 hour days, before or after the event.

If you are a successful applicant you will be given a specific window of time to complete the Volunteer Acknowledgement to secure your position, if not completed in the nominated time-frame your position may be filled by an awaiting applicant. We will process applicants with ongoing weekly processing rounds until all positions are filled.

ENGAGEMENT

Volunteer engagement is formalised by the Volunteer Acknowledgement process.
The Volunteer Acknowledgement outlines the engagement and expectation of you as a confirmed participant. We utilise a payment gateway (Stripe) that securely stores your details until the successful completion of your allocated shifts.

A nominal, non-refundable fee of $25 AUD is processed so that we have your details, and in the unlikely event you do not complete your shifts or break the terms & conditions of the event, or the Acknowledgement, you will be charged the full price of an event ticket plus a $100 administrative fee.

By completing the Volunteer Acknowledgement you will be generated a Volunteer Ticket (sent to you within 2 weeks of the festival), you will not be required to purchase a general admissions ticket to attend the event.
