Lincoln Middle School Spring On Campus Learning Commitment
We are excited to be able to bring secondary students back on campus. Case rates have been steadily declining, and it appears that Los Angeles county will remain in the red tier which allows for the return of secondary students to limited in-person instruction. In conjunction, we are excited to begin DL Plus activities for our secondary students the week of March 22, 2021.

Additionally, our board has been exploring the possibility of adding more on site instruction at the secondary level some time after Spring Break. This might include the possibility of a hybrid model where students are on campus for two days per week and join their current classes remotely via zoom the other days.

In order to make final plans we need your assistance. Please respond to the following survey and make your commitment no later than 5:00pm on Sunday, March 14, 2021. It should take no more than 2 minutes of your time. If you have more than one student enrolled at LMS, you will need to complete a separate survey for each student.

Estamos emocionados de poder traer de regreso a los estudiantes de secundaria al campus. Las tasas de casos han ido disminuyendo de manera constante y parece que el condado de Los Ángeles pronto alcanzará el nivel rojo que permite que los estudiantes de secundaria regresen a la instrucción presencial limitada. En conjunto, estamos emocionados de comenzar las actividades de Aprendizaje a Distancia Plus (siglas en inglés “DL” Plus) para nuestros estudiantes de secundaria la semana del 22 de marzo de 2021.

Además, nuestro consejo escolar ha estado explorando la posibilidad de agregar más instrucción en el sitio a nivel secundario algún tiempo después de las vacaciones de primavera. Esto podría incluir la posibilidad de un modelo híbrido en el que los estudiantes estén en el campus dos días a la semana y se unan a clases de forma remota los otros días.
