Step 1: Submit this application form when you request a guided group tour. You will be notified about your bus grant status when we confirm your tour date.
Step 2: Reserve the bus and come on the field trip.
Step 3: Pay the invoice.
Step 4: Upon completion of the tour, please send the paid invoice receipt and W9 form to Grace VanderVliet at mdegroo@umich.edu.
Step 5: The University of Michigan will send a check to the school approx. 4-6 weeks after the documents are submitted.
Each school may receive a maximum of $500 per academic year. Priority will be given to schools:
- without a full-time art program
- in which at least 50% of students qualify for free or reduced lunch
- that are visiting UMMA for the first time
