The OUT OF TOWN FRINGE ARTIST TRAVEL INFORMATION section gives us your traveling itinerary and details of where you are staying (if you already have a place to stay whilst in Calgary) OR where you can indicate that Billeting services are required.

The BILLET REQUEST section are for those artists who have indicated they require Billeting services.  The Calgary Fringe Theatre Festival will attempt to arrange a comfy and safe place for you during your stay in Calgary, however, we cannot guarantee a placement so ensure you have enough funds in your touring budget to pay for accommodations, if needed.  Billeting is done on a first-come, first-served basis so please do not leave your request to the last minute.
