Alumni and Former Student Survey
During the development of the  2019-2024 Sizer Strategic Plan, Sizer School used a Theory of Change model to guide our work.  The plan’s Theory of Change is:

WHEN we renew and reinvigorate our most effective teaching and learning practices; continue and deepen our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusiveness, and our supports for all students;  and communicate and connect with our community effectively,

THEN we will graduate inspired, passionate, creative leaders and life-long learners who THINK for themselves, CARE about others, and ACT creatively and responsibly.

One of the first year goals of our Strategic Plan is to unify Sizer’s message by developing some commonly understood and communicated talking points about the school so we can consistently communicate internally and externally: who we are, what we do, and why we matter.

To help in this work, the Task Force wants to better understand previous students thoughts on these questions.  We’ve developed a quick survey to gather this information. To help us understand your view of the school, please take a few minutes to complete our Messaging Survey.

It should only take a few minutes.   The results of the survey will be tabulated and used as community members develop the messages that best describe Sizer.   Your comments are confidential and no individual will be identified in the results.
