WSNS PTA Membership 2023-2024
To become a new member or renew your annual membership of the WSNS PTA, please fill out this form and hit submit. It's that easy! 

Adult family members of students and teachers or staff at WSNS will be approved for membership. 

Per IRS regulations, we must collect names and addresses of all members, and we must report membership to Massachusetts PTA. Mass PTA does not receive your address, nor do they give out their membership lists.

*A Note about Membership Dues 
A few years ago, the WSNS PTA board made the decision to make membership free to our families and teachers so that anyone can participate, regardless of funds. We still pay membership dues of $4.50 per person to the Massachusetts PTA. If you would like to contribute to the Membership Fund, we welcome donations of any size.  If this is something you'd like to contribute to in order to cover yourself and/or a teacher or other community member, please visit our donation page and select "Membership Fund." 
We cannot use General PTA funds to cover membership. Thank you!
