$500 sponsor fee can be sent via Venmo (@coolsharksswimteam1) or by check payable to "GHPPA Swim Team" (mail to GHPPA Swim Team, P.O. Box 52934, Atlanta, GA, 30355).

Sponsorship form, payment, and logo must be received by March 15th to be on t-shirts.
