Warli Art Workshop - 19th March - 11:00 AM (CET)

About the initiative:
Bulaayein Bharat is an all-inclusive project that taps every aspect of art, culture and nation-building. This comprehensively curated project aims in celebrating & uplifting the lost artistic heritage of India. Throughout the year we will host 75 different art workshops covering each and every state of India.

In collaboration with ICCR and Rajasthan Studio, here is an amazing opportunity to experience a traditional Indian art - Warli Tribal Painting. Register yourself to participate and experience the exotic tribal art of one of the largest tribal communities of India.

About Warli Art form:
Warli art is known to be the most simplest and highly creative form of tribal art. Popular across India, it can evidently be seen on tote bags, fabrics, coasters and on many other home decor items.
Warli is considered to be one of the oldest tribes of India. Consequently, even the art form is pretty old and rich in content. Thus a mass participation can lead to mass co-creation resulting in innovations in design and techniques.
