Bethany School Music Program
We are so happy to be able to bring a new music program to our school, thanks to the wonderful gifts and your support. All students will be in the music program. 
     - K-2nd Grade will learn Ukulele 
     - 3rd Grade will learn violin. 
     - 4th-8th Grade will have a choice of ONLY the following instruments: Violin, Cello, Trumpet, Clarinet, Flute, Saxophone. UKULELE AND GUITAR ARE NOT OFFERED
  • Please fill out one form for each student. 
  • Choose your students grade level. 
  • Please look for your students grade level for instrument choices.  
  • You will be able to pick a 1st choice and 2nd choice. We will take these in a first come first serve priority.
