2023 Mutant Vehicle License Test and Application

Before you can drive any Mutant Vehicle onsite you will need to apply for and pass the license application. This is to ensure maximum safety to all on site. Please remember this does not allow you to drive a Mutant Vehicle on any public roads. All drivers of Mutant Vehicles are required to have a current drivers license that allows them to drive the class of vehicle the Mutant Vehicle is based around i.e. Manual, Class C, MR, HR, etc.

Have you emailed DMT a copy of your Australian driving Licence that matches the class of vehicle you plan to drive? *

Check the Department of Transports website to see if your vehicle requires a Licence of a certain class - https://www.transport.wa.gov.au/licensing/vehicle-classes.asp and https://www.transport.wa.gov.au/licensing/license-an-off-road-vehicle.asp. This Licence will be rechecked at your on site induction and you will not be permitted to drive this vehicle if your Licence does not cover this class of vehicle. Email a front and back copy of your Licence to dmt@blazingswan.com.au
