Students signed up for the 8 week residency will have the opportunity to perform in our live show at the end of residency, create a video of their work, and integrate their training into their home practice.  We prioritize applications for the full 8 week program first.

Please let us know if you struggle with depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, or mental illness.  If so, please tell us what kind of support you receive.
We cohabitate in healthy ways and are able to support each other.  We create an inclusive environment and not tolerate shaming or judgement in any way.   All residents must be up front with Sweet Retreats about their mental and physical health from the moment they apply for residency and throughout their time at residency.  It is important for each resident to have support outside of residency so they can co-create community while they are here.  Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

All residents are required to tell us if and what medications are being taken and whether they are prescribed by a physician or someone else.  Sweet Retreats does not tolerate the abuse of drugs or medicines.  If a resident is found breaking our drugs & alcohol policy, they will be asked to leave without refund or credit.
