Please support South Boston NDC's May 23rd Zoning Board Appeal so that we can convert the former St. Augustine's convent into 35 affordable homes for seniors.

Outrageous rents in the neighborhood are forcing our elderly residents to leave the community they grew up in. To combat this issue, the neighborhood needs more affordable housing for seniors so they can age in place. South Boston NDC’s McDevitt Senior Homes proposal will help address this important community need and preserve the beautiful convent building and open space.
