This form is to collect information for those willing and able to volunteer during the Governors Village BooFest 2021 celebration on October 23rd, 2021.

We will need volunteers to help with setting up the parking lot area with tables and chairs, setting up and running the kids games, setting up and working the haunted forest, helping run the costume parades, and helping with the check-in/ticket table.
