Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are very pleased to welcome you and your child/children to Merrion Cricket Club (Merrion CC) for the coming season. To ensure we have the correct contact details for you and your child, please complete this online form. All the details will be stored and shared between the Merrion CC Honorary Secretary, the Youth Committee and Youth Team Managers.
N.B. A person is considered a Youth Member if they are Under 18 or below on the 1st of September 2023 (the year before the competitive cricket season starts).
- We ask both you and your child to provide an E-Signature on this form, before it is submitted. By printing your names in the E-Signature, you both understand the importance of this form and you will inform the Honorary Secretary of any changes to my child's health, medication and also of any changes to our contact details.
- Anything written on this form will be held in confidence with the people listed above. Our Coaches, Managers and Youth Committee need to know these details in order to meet the specific needs of your child.
- Please complete one form for each individual child, in case of any individual health or dietary notes.
In order for a child to become a Youth Member, a parent/guardian must join the club first. We also require full details of each individual young player. Included with Family Memberships, the spouse partner of the adult member may also use
the facilities of the club.
There are three types of Family Membership for the parent/guardian joining the club.
- Senior Playing – where the adult member wishes to play Open / Womens Cricket.
- Pavilion – where the adult member wishes to join as a Senior Member of the Club and play Social Cricket.
- Social – where the adult member wishes to use the club facilities as a Social Member.
