Regarding organizing batch printings, can you or your entity land sponsors to fund printing/shipping of copies?
(Such entities would find sponsors for all ad spaces--except back cover--and also fill in the “THIS COPY DISTRIBUTED BY” space. They would then send those ad files to TBM, whereby TBM would send the complete planner file to the printer. After receiving a proof and having it certified by the entities and TBM, the printer would then be paid to print and ship the copies to the entities.
Regarding payments from sponsors, the entities could
either collect all payments and pay the printer in one lump sum when
time comes or have sponsors send payments to TBM, whereby TBM would
relay the lumps-sum payments to the printer.
Since the planner--44 total pages--would be printed in batches instead of in a singular bulk quantity, probably the best way to offer ad pricing to potential sponsors would be to ask them how much per SINGULAR COPY would they be willing to pay to have their ad included on the front cover...e.g. 20¢?, 30¢?, 45¢?, etc.?...with the same being asked regarding the internal full-page ads as well as the quarter-pagers...along with the TOTAL AMOUNT they'd be willing to pay: $100?, $200?, $500?, etc. Then, when there's enough combined sponsors to fund a feasible quantity of printings, that bunch would be printed according to the most economical quantity relative to those factors of per-singular-copy, and total-amount, preferences.)
