I understand that being a moderator on r/Food requires active participation and commitment beyond just having a badge. I will dedicate a reasonable amount of time to mod activities to maintain the quality and integrity of the subreddit.
I will maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor when interacting with users on the subreddit, adhering to the community guidelines and rules.
I will utilize Discord, the private backroom subreddit, and modmail discussions as necessary to actively communicate and collaborate with other r/food moderators, ensuring transparency and cohesion within the team.
I will uphold confidentiality by not disclosing internal mod discussions or decisions publicly, respecting the privacy and trust of fellow moderators and subreddit users.
I will consistently and fairly enforce the subreddit rules, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members of the r/food community.
